We're excited to share that we're now sending out monthly account statements to help you stay on top of your activity and balances. While the official announcement is coming soon, here’s everything you need to know to understand your statements.

What You’ll Receive

Each month, you’ll get two emails from us:

  • Monthly Fiat Statement
  • Crypto Fiat Statement

These statements summarize all activity and balances for your wallets from the previous month (from the 1st to the 30th or 31st).

Important Information

  • They reflect past balances: The statements show your balance at the end of last month. For example, if you have 1,000 AED today but your statement shows 500 AED, it means your balance was 500 AED on the last day of the month.
  • Time is shown in UTC: All dates and times in the statements are based on UTC, not your local time.
  • When will you receive a statement? You’ll get a statement if:
    • You made at least one transaction (buy, sell, deposit, or withdrawal) during the month.
    • Or, you had a balance in your wallet at the end of the month — even if you didn’t make any transactions.
  • Your statement is password protected:For your security, each statement is locked with a password.
    • You’ll find the password instructions in the same email as the statement.
    • The password is based on the phone number linked to your account at the end of the month. If you change your phone number later, the next statement will use the new number.
  • What’s included in the statement? Only transactions that were completed during the month will appear. For example, if you made a withdrawal on April 30 at 8:00 PM but it completed on May 1 at 8:00 AM, it will be included in your May statement.
  • File formats: You’ll receive each statement in both PDF and CSV formats so you can view or download it easily.

If you have any questions or if something doesn’t look right in your statement, don’t worry — just
