To ensure a smooth and successful deposit via wire transfer, please make sure to use the correct account number, IBAN, and all other required banking details. To avoid delays or returned funds, kindly update your records and add our new AED bank account to your banking app for all future wire transfers.
Additionally, please ensure that your bank account details, including the IBAN, are added and saved within your BitOasis account before initiating any transfers. This is critical for the automatic reconciliation process to work correctly.
If you initiate a wire transfer from from a bank account that is not saved, your deposit to BitOasis may be delayed.
Similarly, if no bank account or IBAN is saved in your BitOasis account, and you proceed with a transfer, the system will also be unable to credit your deposits automatically.
To avoid processing delays or manual interventions, we strongly recommend saving your bank account details in your BitOasis profile and always initiating transfers from that saved account.
Wire deposits deposits, and withdrawals for KSA and non-GCC countries are temporarily unavailable.
