How to Delete Your BitOasis Account

A step-by-step guide for iOS and non-iOS users

If you decide to delete your BitOasis account, the steps vary depending on whether you are using an iOS device or another platform. Please follow the relevant instructions below.

For iOS Users

Open the BitOasis app on your iOS device.

Select General Settings, then choose Delete Account.

A confirmation prompt will appear. Click "Delete Account" to confirm.

After confirming, an automatic support ticket will be submitted to our team to process your account deletion request.

For Non-iOS Users

If you are using a different platform (Android, web, or desktop), please reach out directly to our customer support team. They will assist you in processing your account deletion request.

Data Retention Policy

For security and legal compliance purposes, your personal identification information and transaction records will be retained for 8 years in accordance with the UAE Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Policy. Your data will be permanently deleted from our records after this period ends.
