If you are using IOS, the steps to delete your BitOasis account are as follows:
- From BitOasis IOS App go to Profile.
- Select General Settings then choose Delete account.
- A note will pop up to confirm your account deletion.
When you click on “Delete Account” an automatic ticket will be submitted to our support page to proceed with your request.
If you are not using IOS, please reach out to the customer support team to proceed with your request.
For security purposes, your personal identification information and transactions record will be retained for 5 years as stipulated in AML Policy that you can check through the following link: https://bitoasis.net/en/page/aml-policy as per the law of the UAE, your data will be permanently deleted from our records after the mentioned period ends.
