  • Wire deposits, credit card deposits, and withdrawals for KSA and non-GCC countries are temporarily unavailable due to challenges with our banking partner, Please rest assured that we are working diligently to resolve this issue as quickly as possible.


  • For UAE clients: AED deposits by wire transfers and card payments remain fully operational.
  • For GCC clients (excluding KSA): You can deposit in AED via wire transfers. Please ensure you use the updated bank details available in your BitOasis account when making the transfer.
  • BHD deposits can also be facilitated through wire transfers using our newly enabled account


Deposit Processing Time:

Wire transfer deposits are processed within 30 to 45 minutes once the funds reach our BitOasis bank account.


Fees:

Wire transfers are free of fees at BitOasis. However, corresponding banks may charge a fee for processing the transfer. Please note that this fee is not collected by BitOasis.




Steps to Make a Wire Transfer Deposit


Step 1: Initiate a Deposit on the BitOasis Platform

  1. Navigate to the “Deposit” page from the Dashboard.

  2. Select Wallets and click on the preferred deposit currency.

  3. Choose “Standard Bank Transfer” as your payment method to proceed.

 


Step 2: Enter Deposit Amount

  1. Enter the amount you wish to deposit.

  2. Please note that a minimum deposit of 100 AED or 50 USD is required.

  3. Carefully review the payment details provided.



Step 3: Confirm the Deposit

Click the “Deposit Money” button and read the pop-up message carefully. Once reviewed, accept the terms to proceed.



Step 4: Add Your Bank Account Details

  1. If not already added, input your personal bank account details to your BitOasis account.

  2. Note: BitOasis does not support third-party accounts; ensure you register your personal bank account.


Step 5: Complete the Transfer

  1. Log in to the online banking platform of the bank account linked to your BitOasis profile.

  2. Use the provided bank details below to transfer the funds:
