Withdrawal Processing Information

For your convenience, withdrawal requests made between Monday and Saturday before 11am (UAE Time) are processed on the same day, provided the transfer amount does not exceed AED 0.5M. Please note that the time it takes for the funds to reflect in your bank account may vary depending on your bank's processing time.

If your withdrawal request is submitted after the 11am cut-off time, it will be processed on the next banking day.
