Start by clicking on the “Accounts” tab in the left panel on your dashboard page.
Select the cryptocurrency you would like to withdraw from the list and Click on the “Withdraw” button beside it.
Enter the cryptocurrency amount (BTC , ETH, XRP, LTC, BCH, ETC, XLM, EOS, OMG, ZRX, BAT, ALGO, USDT, NEO, XTZ, LINK) you choose to withdraw, along with your external wallet address. (Withdrawal fees and the minimum withdrawal amount will be available to you at the bottom of the page).
Make sure you are sending to the correct cryptocurrency address. Transactions are irreversible by nature.
Cryptocurrency withdrawals could take up to 6 hours to be processed.
You can check the history of cryptocurrency withdrawals by clicking on the “Withdrawal History” link beside each cryptocurrency in the accounts page.
