Step 1: Get Started
- Enter your legal first name, legal last name, and a valid email address.
- Create a strong, unique password, and then click on the "Sign Up" button.
- For your security, ensure that your password is not shared with any other platform.

Step 2: Account Setup - Email Confirmation
- A confirmation email will be sent to the email address you have registered with.
- Choose to either use the confirmation code in the email or click on the “Click Here” link sent to your email to be redirected to our website.
- If you are not receiving the verification email, please make sure to check your spam/junk folders and add help@bitoasis.net to your contact list.

Step 3: Account Setup - Mobile Confirmation
- You are required to enter your personal phone number that you would like to have registered with BitOasis.
- An SMS message with a confirmation code will be sent on the number entered.
- Enter the code and tick “I agree to BitOasis Terms of use and Privacy policy” and click on “Confirm Phone number”.
- You can also use the “Call Me Code” feature if you are facing any issues with receiving the OTP confirmation code on your phone number.
