Depositing cryptocurrencies from an external wallet to your BitOasis wallet is simple and secure when following these steps:


  1. Select Your Token

    • Navigate to the Wallets section and choose the cryptocurrency you wish to deposit.
    • Your unique wallet address for the selected cryptocurrency will be displayed.

  2. Review Deposit Guidelines

    • Before initiating a deposit, carefully review the deposit guidelines for digital assets on the deposit page to avoid any potential inconveniences.

  3. Avoid Errors

    • Transferring cryptocurrencies to the wrong address or network, or depositing an unsupported token, can result in permanent loss of your funds.
    • If this occurs, contact our support team to discuss potential recovery options.

  4. Use the Correct Wallet Address

    • Every cryptocurrency has a distinct wallet address. Always double-check that you are using the correct wallet address before initiating your deposit.

  5. Include Required Memos and Tags

    • For certain cryptocurrencies, it is mandatory to include memos or tags for the transaction to be successfully processed.

  6. Verify Supported Tokens and Networks

    • Only deposit cryptocurrencies supported by BitOasis.

Specific Cryptocurrency Guidelines

  • BTC (Bitcoin): Ensure that you send BTC to a Bitcoin wallet address.
  • XRP (Ripple): Include both a unique tag and an XRP wallet address.
  • XLM (Stellar): Include both a special memo and the XLM wallet address.
  • EOS (EOS.IO): Include a special memo along with the EOS wallet address.
  • ETH (Ethereum): Set the gas limit to a minimum of 37,000; otherwise, the deposit cannot be processed.



Important Network Restrictions

Deposits on the following networks are not supported by BitOasis:

  • Binance Smart Chain (BSC)
  • Polygon
  • Omni
  • Avalanche

To prevent loss of funds, always use the supported network for each cryptocurrency.
