If you’ve moved to a new residence and need to update your residential address in our system, we’re here to help! Follow the simple steps below to request the change, and our support team will assist you in updating your information.
- From the Dashboard, click on Settings.
- Select General Settings from the menu.
- In the Information section, locate your current residential address and click on Request a Change to proceed.
- You will be automatically redirected to our Support Page where you can submit a new support ticket.
To ensure a smooth update process, please provide the following details in your support ticket:
- Street Name and Building Number
- City
- Postal Code
- Country
- Area
- Proof of Address Document (such as a DEWA, SEWA, FEWA bill, or Tenancy Contract)
