Please submit a support ticket using the category "Other " if you want to update your residential address, and a member of our support staff will be happy to make the necessary changes.
From the dashboard, click on Settings
Choose General settings.
From "Information", you can find your residential address. click on Request a change to proceed further.
You will automatically be directed to our support page to submit a new ticket. Make sure to fill in the necessary information to proceed further.
Make sure to mention the following information, to proceed smoothly with your request:
Proof of address document (DEWA, SEWA, FEWA bill or Tenancy Contract)
Our support staff will contact you shortly after you submit your request to proceed further.
