Please submit a support ticket using the category "Email address change" if you want to update your registered email address, and a member of our support staff will be happy to make the necessary changes.
From the dashboard, click on Settings
Choose General settings.
From "Information", you can find your email address. click on Request a change to proceed further.
You will automatically be directed to our support page to submit a new ticket. Make sure to fill in the necessary information to proceed further.
Make sure to add your current email address and your new email address in the Ticket message box.
Our support staff will contact you shortly after you submit your request to proceed further.
