Processing times for deposits:
Credit/debit card deposits: When you make a deposit using a personal credit or debit card, we immediately credit your account.
Make sure not to deposit using third-party credit or debit card as it will be declined immediately.
Credit and debit card deposits are currently unavailable in the following countries: KSA, Lebanon, Algeria, and Tunisia.
Wire transfer deposits: Wire transfer deposits will be credited within 30 to 45 minutes of the payment reaching our BitOasis bank account.
- Make sure not to deposit using third-party bank accounts as it will be declined.
Easy Funding deposits: Easy funding deposits will be credited within 30 to 45 minutes of the payment reaching our BitOasis bank account.
- Linking your Bank account to BitOasis might take up to 24 hours. The mentioned period might differ from one bank to another.
- Make sure to link a supported bank to BitOasis
