The following video demonstrates how to start a deposit transaction using a credit or debit card within the application.
Please adhere to the following steps to begin a deposit order using a credit/debit card:
Step 1:
- Choose for the "Deposit via credit/debit card" option within the Payment Method section.
- Specify the desired deposit amount, noting that the minimum requirement is 100 AED/SAR or 50 USD.
Step 2:
- Upon completion of Step 1, a transaction summary will be presented.
- Proceed by clicking the "Proceed with Payment" button to proceed to the next stage.
Step 3:
- Input your credit card particulars as required.
- Finalize the process by clicking the "Deposit" button.
Please be aware that our acquiring bank imposes daily restrictions on card deposits, allowing up to 5 transactions per user per day, with each transaction capped at a maximum value of AED 50,000. Moreover, should your monthly deposit limit be reached, deposit capabilities will be reinstated upon reset.
Additionally, it's noteworthy that your card issuer may levy charges for foreign exchange or cash advance transactions.
