Tier 1 Verification

You can verify your BitOasis account using BitOasis Application, please watch the video below for a tutorial on how to verify using the BitOasis app.



For tier 1 verification via our website, please follow the steps listed below.

Step 1
Login to your BitOasis account. If you do not have a BitOasis account, please Sign Up.

Step 2

Once logged in, proceed to your BitOasis dashboard then click on the "Verify Now" button on the top right of the screen.



Step 3

From the table provided, choose Tier 1.

(The documents you will be required to provide can be seen under ‘REQUIREMENTS’)



Step 4

Select your nationality and fill in your residential address details.



Step 5

You need to provide clear pictures or scans of the following documents:

  • Your ID card (Front & Back)
  • Driving license or passport copy
  • A personal photo 



Step 6

Select your source of funds and agree to our terms of service.




Tier 2 Verification

Step 1

Login to your BitOasis account. If you do not have a BitOasis account, please Sign Up.


Step 2

Once logged in, proceed to your BitOasis dashboard and click on your username (Name initials) on the top right corner and choose ‘Tier 1 verified’ from the drop-down menu.



Step 3

From the table provided, choose Tier 2.

(The documents you will be required to provide can be seen under ‘REQUIREMENTS’)



Step 4

Fill in the required information and upload your proof of address document (Water / electricity bill or Tenancy Contract) as well as any other required documents. 



Step 5

Select your source of funds, occupation and agree to our terms of service in order to complete your Tier 2 verification. 


Tier 3 Verification:

Step 1

Login to your BitOasis account. If you do not have a BitOasis account, please Sign Up.


Step 2

Once logged in, proceed to your BitOasis dashboard.



Step 3: 

From the table provided, choose Tier 3.

(The documents you will be required to provide can be seen under ‘REQUIREMENTS’)



Step 4

Fill in the required information.



Step 6

Fill out your source of funds and wealth details

Fill in your desired weekly money deposit and withdrawal limits and your request purpose, proceed by agreeing to our terms of service then click on the ‘Complete Verification’ button.
